Just one incident to mention, we’re really sorry for the behaviour of one of our guests who didn’t get what he ordered (not your fault) – I guess it just goes to show that the fish really is that popular! From what I heard it was all dealt with very calmly by your team and we very much appreciate that.
We have already recommended you to some friends of ours and I think will continue to do so. It was a excellent service and I for one can’t stop talking about the quality of the food (the curry sauce was amazing!).

What can we say ?? The fish & chips served last Saturday (16th October) at our silver wedding party went down a storm! The arrival of the van was such a surprise for our guests & as were trying to add a few different touches to our party, the catering added to this.
The quality of the food was superb - freshly cooked, delicious batter; all 85 of our party were served in under an hour.
In addition all arrangements whether via the phone or email were handled promptly & professionally (this given against a background of us having to chase many other caterers to even give us quotes)

You definatly brought the sunshine with you, it was a fantastic weather and fantastic food!

I can’t thank you enough for your professionalism and standard of food on the day. Everyone from the first table to the last was raving about the quality of the fish, chips, peas and the gravy! All of which came out piping hot with crispy batter and great (non greasy) chunky chips.

The canapés were also a massive hit (sadly I only got chance to taste the crostinis, as I was too busy greeting everyone!) Everyone loved the Yorkshire puddings and the pasties, particularly the Pork ones I believe. Felt sorry for the waitress with the gravy as all of the kids kept chasing her to dunk their Yorkshires!!

Also the Hog Roast was a huge hit, the quality was great and all of your staff were friendly and professional (unlike the grumpy staff at the venue!!)

Overall it was all a massive success on the food, despite asking you for some extra and quirky additions you rose to the challenge easily. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and we are happy for you to use this as a testimonial and to use us as a reference for any future nervous brides!!
